Built With Integrity. Renovated With Grace.
A family-owned home remodeling company led by Silvio Marcondes, with 10+ years in the U.S. construction market, serving homeowners across North Atlanta and North Georgia.
About Grace Construction
Grace Construction is a family-owned, owner-led home remodeling company serving North Atlanta and North Georgia. Our owner, Silvio Marcondes, brings 10+ years of experience in the U.S. construction market to every project — and personally scopes and oversees each renovation from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
We started Grace Construction for homeowners who were tired of juggling a kitchen contractor, a flooring installer, and a bathroom specialist, each with a different schedule and a different invoice. With us, you make one call. We handle kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, main floor renovations, basements, and additions under one plan and one timeline.
Why We're Called Grace
Our faith is at the heart of everything we do. We believe we live by God's grace, and we want that same grace to show in how we treat every homeowner: honest flat-rate quotes, clear communication, respect for your home, and work we're proud to put our name on.
How We Work
- Free in-home consultation — we walk the space and scope the project together.
- Flat-rate quotes — the quote you approve is the price you pay.
- Fixed timelines — with regular updates as work progresses.
- Final walkthrough — room by room, before we call the job complete.
- Fully insured — every renovation backed by our workmanship guarantee.
- Same-Day Response — reach out and hear back from our team the same day.
